Using the keyword's broad match type (without the broad modifier) is rarely a good idea.  Your keywords can potentially get natched to irrelevant search terms.

Adalysis will alert you if it detects any such match type in your active keywords:

Clicking on the above alert will take you to the Keywords screen with the relevant filter pre-loaded showing you the keywords that use such match type:

Examine the search terms that matched each keyword (using the provided tool shown below) to ensure it is worth keeping the keyword with this match type.

Step 3

To change the keywords to modified broad, you can either modify each keyword individually (by hovering over it), or use the Change to modified broad match... tool to modify oen or more selected keywords with a one button click.
