The first thing you see when you log in to any of the accounts connected to Adalysis is the Dashboard with the snapshot of your account.  We check your data daily, so don’t forget to log in frequently to make sure your accounts are always doing well.

The Dashboard consists of multiple sections providing a snapshot of the most impactful areas of your account:

  1. Budget status
  2. Ad testing
  3. Quality Score
  4. Account Audit and Alerts
  5. Automatic Actions Log

Budget Status

Here you can instantly get an overview of how effectively your account budget is being spent.

1. First, if you have set a target budget for your entire account or individual campaigns, you will see instantly the status and indications of whether you are overspending or underspending. Clicking on the progress bar or icons with the number of campaigns will open a popup with detailed information about your budget. Here you can also manage your target budget settings.  If you haven't defined your target budget, you will see the corresponding message instead - in this case, you may want to consider configuring this setting to keep a close eye on your budget status. Learn more...

2. Second, you'll be instantly alerted about any campaigns that are constantly losing impressions because of budget limitations.

3. Clicking on the Target budget link will take you to a dedicated section with more details about your budgets.

Ad testing

By default, Adalysis automatically runs AB tests for each of your ads, i.e. gathers performance data about ads in all ad groups (with at least 2 active ads). Once statistically significant conclusions can be made about which of your ads of a given adgroup works better, you will receive a notification that Ad Testing Winner has been found.

By clicking on the number listed in this widget you will be taken to the A/B Ad Test section to review the completed AB tests and take action (e.g. pause or replace losing ads). Learn more about A/B testing in Adalysis....

Quality Score

Instantly see what your weighted Quality Score has been for the last 30 days for your entire account.  Unlike Google, we are providing you with Quality Score data not only at keyword but also at adgroup, campaign, and account level to make the analysis as flexible as possible.

The account quality score is impression weighted. The lower your quality score, the more impressions you are getting from keywords with low quality scores, which means you may be overpaying for these keywords.

Click on the Quality Score to open a detailed analysis as well as personalized recommendations along with a priority list of adgroups to focus your efforts first.

Account Audit and Alerts

This widget will provide you with the results of all the regular checks we are running. This is essentially your to-do list featuring all the opportunities and issues we spot while auditing your accounts.

1. All the checks resulting in actionable alerts either aim to resolve structural issues negatively affecting your results or to boost your performance. You can apply the filter at the upper-right corner of the widget to filter out only structural or only performance alerts.

2. All the suggestions we have for you are categorized either as critical, high-priority, or optimization alerts.

  • Critical alerts are the ones that are stopping your ads from showing.
  • High-priority alerts are the ones that have a bigger impact on your account and hence need to be resolved sooner, (such as issues leading to wasted spend, or not leveraging the full potential of your campaigns).
  • Optimization alerts will notify you about strategic insights, as well as account hygiene and best practice recommendations.

In addition, you can also create your own alerts as explained here. Once these alerts have matching results, you will see the notification in the column Custom Alerts

3. Once you open any of the alerts and apply the recommendations, they will disappear from the dashboard. You will find all the fixed alerts on the screen which opens once you click the number of passed checks at the top of the widget.

4. As you are going through alerts and fixing all the issues found, you will notice that your Audit score (shown at the top) changes. Hence, the Audit score is a good indication of how well your account is being managed.

5. If for any reason you don’t want to apply a recommendation, or you have already solved it outside the Dashboard (in Adalysis or directly in Google Ads account), you can snooze the alert so it doesn’t show up as an unresolved issue on your Dashboard. Learn more about snoozing alerts ...

In addition to default checks, at the bottom of the screen, you can also set up your own performance monitors which help you track KPIs that are crucial in your specific situation. Learn more about Performance alerts.
