How to get the most from your free trial

Modified on Thu, 17 Oct at 2:38 PM

Thank you for choosing a free trial with Adalysis. Software trials can go by in a flash, so here are a few tips to help you make the most of your time.

1. Set clear goals

Brainstorm PPC workflow issues facing your team. Think about your business objectives and where you want to progress most. Setting clear goals will help you stay focused and ensure measurable results.

Here are some examples from existing Adalysis customers:

  • Save time on repetitive, manual processes.
  • Get insights faster to stay on top of big-picture trends and small campaign details.
  • Manage budgets efficiently, avoiding under/overspend without spreadsheets.
  • Improve process consistency and onboarding for new team members.
  • Reduce risk to clients through alerts for critical issues.

2. Get your team involved

Think about different levels of seniority. A junior PPC specialist will look for different things in our platform than a PPC director. Depending on the size of your team, we'd suggest getting two to five team members involved for balance.

We recommend setting aside 2-4 hours per week. This should give you enough time to explore different features, test workflows, and measure results.

Good news: Adalysis offers unlimited users and linked accounts - during the trial and all subscriptions.

3. Track your results

Throughout the trial, tracking your results is important. This will help you gather proof of its value for stakeholders or your own reference. This could include:

  • Time savings from automation.
  • Wasted ad spend that you’ve identified.
  • Reduction in manual work.
  • Increased value to clients through optimization opportunities you’ve found.

Don’t forget to note the intangible benefits, too. Some Adalysis customers report better team morale because of faster, less repetitive workflows. Client satisfaction can also improve with more frequent account updates through automation.

Suggested trial checklist

1) Pre-trial: Set goals and get your team involved.

2) First week: Watch the Getting started video. Then complete the three onboarding steps:

3) Second week:

  • Focus on testing for your trial goals.
  • Explore more of our features: bidding, n-gram analysis, Performance Max, etc.
  • Evaluate your findings.
