When analyzing PPC performance, you may find some keywords with low ad relevance, negatively impacting your quality score and increasing CPCs. To address this, move these keywords to ad groups where ads are more closely aligned. This might mean using an existing ad group or creating a new one.
Moving keywords in Google Ads can be tedious. It involves copying and pasting, then disabling unnecessary elements. Creating single keyword ad groups (SKAGs) adds even more complexity, as each ad group must be built individually.
Adalysis simplifies this process with a few clicks. You can create SKAGs in bulk or move keywords to existing ad groups. Here’s how:
Select keywords in the Keywords section, using filters like Poor ad relevance for faster selection.
Click Move/Copy and choose to move keywords to an existing or new ad group.
Specify the destination: select a campaign and ad group, or create a new ad group (default name: SKAG).
Set keyword bids and match types, and decide what to do with the keyword in the current ad group (e.g., pause or remove it).
Update the ad text in your new ad groups to ensure relevance and add more variations if needed.
